Our Work Shift

6:45 AM-3:15PM - Morning Shift
2:45 PM-11:15 PM- Evening Shift
10:45 PM-7:15 AM - Overnight Shift

Gran Gran's operates on a three-shift rotational schedule to have 24-hour coverage for their nursing and nurse aid staff. In addition, each employee on the rotational schecule is required to work every other weekend.
